Care Certificate Training

This consists of 15 standards that introduce people to the care sector. It is recommended by CQC as part of the induction training for care workers, approximately 6 – 8 weeks.

Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care

The course enables you to develop essential skills and knowledge for adult social care, enhance career prospects with a recognized qualification, and gain confidence in providing safe, effective care.

Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care

Studying for a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care means you are ready to stand out to employers in the care profession. Having this Care Quality Commission (CQC)-recognised course under your belt is a statement of your knowledge, skills and professional standards when it comes to working with adults in a range of care environments (e.g. residential, assisted living, home care, primary care and acute health)

The course is allocated 32 UCAS points that you can use to enrol onto a university course.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Adult Care

This is a comprehensive qualification designed for individuals aspiring to or currently working in leadership roles within the adult care sector. It is tailored to enhance the skills and knowledge necessary for effective management and leadership in adult care.

  • Learners aged 18 and above working in leadership and senior roles with adult social care.

  • Designed for leaders and managers in various adult care settings, including residential, domiciliary, day, respite, and community-based services.
  • Learners can progress to a degree course at university.
Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning

This qualification provides learners with an in-depth understanding of the knowledge and skills needed when working directly with children and young people in school and college environments. It covers all aspects of specialist support, including planning; delivering and reviewing assessment strategies to support learning alongside the teacher; bilingual support; special needs support; and personal development and reflective practice.

This qualification aims to:
focus on the study of supporting teaching and learning
offer breadth and depth of study, incorporating a key core of knowledge
provide opportunities to acquire several practical and technical skills.

Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner

This Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner course is perfect for those looking to work in a role within a nursery or early years setting.

The course has been designed to provide you with a sound understanding of how to provide adequate care for babies and young children aged between birth to seven years old.

Entry Requirements
  • Learners aged 16 and above and have a good level of literacy and numeracy
  • You will need to be working, volunteering, or on practical placement in an early year setting to study this course. The recommended number of placement hours for this course is 250 hours.

Up to 12 months

Progression Route

Work as a qualified level 2 early years practitioner.

Learners may work under supervision in roles such as nursery practitioner, classroom assistant, or pre-school practitioner and child minders.

Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English

Functional Skills are recognised GCSE alternative qualifications, with a Functional Skills Level 2 course equivalent to a GCSE grade 4 (C)

The purpose of the Functional Skills English Level 2 qualification is to prepare the learner for work, study, and life. Learners who achieve this qualification will demonstrate the ability to read, write, speak, listen, and communicate in English. Learners will be able to apply these skills effectively to a range of purposes in the workplace and in real-life situations.

Level 2 Customer Service

This course is for frontline representatives delivering high-quality products and services. Managing customer interactions across various channels and sectors. Handling orders, payments, guidance, issue resolution, and feedback collection. Ensuring positive customer experiences and fostering loyalty. Developing adaptability, professionalism, and customer service expertise.

Level 3 Team Leader & Supervisor

Team Leaders and Supervisors are responsible for managing teams and supporting business operations in a variety of industries. This apprenticeship develops the skills required to lead teams effectively, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while aligning with organisational goals.

With a focus on leadership, communication, and performance management, this qualification equips individuals with the ability to motivate and guide teams, oversee projects, and solve workplace challenges. It prepares individuals to step into first-line management roles where decision-making, delegation, and resource planning are essential.

Level 3 Business Administrator

Business Administrators play a vital role in ensuring smooth organisational operations across various sectors, including public, private, and charitable organisations. This apprenticeship provides the knowledge and skills needed to handle administrative tasks efficiently, from managing business communications and documents to supporting decision-making and operational improvements.
